Perceived Value vs. Actual Value

Perception is actually deceiving, is your site actually worth what you think? This is a topic that really is not discussed in much length but it is a subject everyone wants to know or thinks they know, so here is my view of the topic with over 7 years of work on the net at some points in excess of 100 hours per week, almost 365 days a year. Additionally I have over 26 years in a brick and mortar business for which I now own, at times over the last 26 years I have owned upwards of 3 properties around the state of Ohio though I have now settled to one and pursue my internet business pretty much on a full time basis.
