As we understand online advertising we will begin to see the real value of online classifieds. 4. If you have the ability to add pictures than definately do as pictures are indeed worth a thousand words.
From a business standpoint today you are missing the boat if you do not use online classifieds, especially if they are ranked in the search engines to advertise your goods and services. Advertising in online classifieds is the most cost effective way to get your business noticed online at a cost of little or nothing. As business owners you need to get past the old stereotype and move into the modern age of advertising and today it does not have to cost a fortune to get noticed online.
Online advertising resources will work for your at least 2 fold, providing your web site if you have one with valuable incoming links that all search engines love and two a way to create important doorway pages explaining all of the different parts of what you offer at your business. Look at online classifieds like a paper when you take out a quarter or half page ad and pay hundreds if not thousands for that ad, the problem is with the paper you are paying by the day and with online advertising you are not paying in some cases unless you want additional exposure to your ad.
Assumption of value is what people seem to have a hang up on, they assume that since the product is free they are not benefiting from it in addtion from a total lack of understanding of what is really in front of them. Not all online advertising is the same and as consumers you need to educate your self on how to descriminate between the many advertising resources in addition to understanding the value of incoming links not only to your site but the site that you are advertising on, just because you recieve a flyer in the mail or a person visiting your business stating they have an advertising opportunity for your business online where you can obtain customers on a global basis and you start seeing stars and green immediately. Hit yourself and wake-up as in most cases the web sites they are advertising have 0 incoming link and virtually no visibility and to be quite honest most of this gives the high ranked independants a bad name but you as a consumer need to educate yourself on the internet just like you would in advertising in a local paper.
